At Something for Squirt, products will be as impressive as they appear on the website. Customer satisfaction is important to me, so if you aren’t satisfied with the quality of any item within 30 days of receiving it, please contact via email to disucss. If an item is faulty or incorrect, I will be happy for you to return the item reply paid for either a replacement item, a refund or repair of the item. I may ask for faulty/incorrect items to be returned to us for a quality inspection, to ensure those rare problems don’t occur again. Customers will not be eligible for a refund or replacement of personalised or customised products:
• where errors occur from a typing error you may have made on the internet;
• for defects that are the result of ordinary wear and tear or abnormal use;
• or if you have changed your mind
Customers use all kinds of spelling variations for names, so it is impossible for us to know if it is a mistake or just different. So please ensure spelling is checked before an order is completed. Items ordered online will be made EXACTLY as specififed.
Our personalised products are made-to-order according to your specifications, so we can’t accept returns where the customer has simply changed their mind.
ESTIMATE DESPATCH DATES:
Please keep in mind that estimate despatch dates are an estimate only, and not a guarantee. While I go to all lengths to get your products to you as soon as possible, there can be unforeseen delays within the process of creating a personalised item, made and designed from scratch. If for some reason your item is not sent within the original given timeframe, it will be sent to you via express post to make up for the delay.
Please keep in mind that the estimate despatch date is based on the payment being processed on the same day you order. If you choose to pay via Direct Deposit, or have an unsuccessful payment attempt, your order may be delayed by up to 5 business days, as your order will not be processed until payment is received.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer law:
“Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure’”.
